Roman Chamomile is an anti-inflammatory, helps to relieve pain/tension, fever reducing, calming,  and may help calm children down to sleep better.  Roman Chamomile is suggested for times of irritability and is one of the few essential oils that most agree is especially safe to use, well diluted, with children.  It can help to calm irritable babies and soothe a toddlers temper tantrums. The oil is heralded for its anti-inflammatory action.  It can be used to help calm inflamed skin. Roman Chamomile has very good anti-septic and anti-biotic properties and do not let biotic infections (infections due to biotic factors such as bacteria) develop. It also wipes off infections already present.
