Zen Organics Pure Hungarian Mud is a natural healing remedy.  Made with organic Hungarian mud, cleanses the body of harmful toxins, while rejuvenating skin cells for overall healthier skin.  Its potent healing attributes can also be used to treat minor aches and pains, inflammation and skin irritations, such as dermatitis and eczema.  Safe for use as a facial and body treatment.

Directions:  (Before using for the first time, apply a small test patch).  Pour 4 oz of Mud Bath into running bath water.  Soak for at least 20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.  After treatment, rest for 20 minutes in a warm towel or blanket to maintain higher body temperature.  Or, apply a small amount of Mud (rubbing lightly in a cirular motion) to your face and/or body parts by and let stand for 20 minutes.  Gently rinse.  Can be used as body treatments, mud wraps, body wraps, facials, etc.

This pure organic mud is used by Héviz medicinal Spa Hospital (St. Andrew’s State Hospital for Rheumatology and Rehabilitation).  The warm and mineral rich waters and mud of Héviz Lake have been known since Roman times.  It is the largest thermal mineral spring lake in the world.
